Broadband speeds significantly reduced since moveing to Shell

Hi All,
If like with me Shell fail to match the speeds of your previous provider (Sky for example) take their sorry behind to the Ombudsman.
I've done that, result. I've now been offered one month's zero cost notice to leave my contract.
