dcbl final notice of debt recovery

Hi
My daughter received two parking tickets for a private car park in Manchester even though she’d bought the tickets on the companies Phone app.
She ignored the letters after some advice but has now received a Final Notice of Dept Recovery from dcbl.
Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated....... the tickets were issued in 2017.

Nothing to do except complain to the Landowner as the NEWBIES thread tells you.
Post #4 of that top thread tells you to ignore debt recovery letters. The second post of it tells her how to win in court when that time comes, as it will!
She should come back when she gets a LBC from DBCLegal (NOT DCBL Limited).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
