This whole thing has been a lot of stress over several years. It's only good people like yourselves that have given us the confidence to refuse to let the bullies take our lunch money.
Check it every week until you see the CCBC have posted the n180 DQ , then submit one by email , as detailed in the DEFENCE template thread

Good , keep checking MCOL weekly until it's been sent to your local court , making sure that the CCBC add the DQ submission to your claim history too

MCOL confirmed our DQ was received. MCOL also have Claimants DQ, and the case has been sent to our local court.

We haven't received the Claimant's DQ - is there any advantage to be gained from this omission?

Quick question: The ANPR images are captured when the vehicle is on the public highway, before entering or after leaving, the private land. The camera is on private land, but the area captured is public. Is this a useful point?

Any chance of a Google Street View to have a look at that please?  Have the local authority confirmed that it is public highway?

Highway boundary is my guess, based on end of DYL, change of pavement, line of stones. I expect junction & pedestrian crossing to be public. Not confirmed by LA, not sure how to get this info. Find my street ( https://www.findmystreet.co.uk/map?usrn=15300430 ) says :
    • Classification: A-road
    • Responsibility: Maintainable at public expense, Gloucestershire
    • Street State: Open
ANPR capture has no identifiying features - no studs, DYL:
