Advise Request: Moving House with Sky Broadband - but they don't offer the same speeds

I am in the process of moving house (hopefully), and I am currently with Sky for my Landline and Broadband. I have a Broadband Superfast and am about 5 months into a new contract. We hope to move around August (if all goes through). I have been with sky for maybe 10 years and have been happy with them. I have been looking at Sky's 'Moving House' FAQ to understand what and when I need to contact them about moving and I have just checked the broadband provisioning for the house we are in the process of buying and Sky does not offer a broadband superfast package, just the basic essential package which might be limiting for our needs.
Before I contract Sky to ask, does anyone have any experience of being under contract with Sky and moving to a new property which results in Sky not being able to offer an equal to or better package than I am currently getting? I am wondering if I am going to be tied to Sky until the end of my contract,, or that Sky can not offer the same service as I am paying for it means they have to release me or if I have to buy myself out of the contract etc.
Thanking you in advance for any advise to prepare me for talking to Sky,
Regards,
Matt

Youll be tied to the contract. They can offer the service at the agreed address.1

You are tied to the contract even if they didn't offer a service at the new address.0

Wow, OK, lucky they have a service at the new house, at least I will get something for my money.0

Hi
If you pop the address of the new property into either or both of these....
aa.net.uk/broadband/home1/
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
RESULTS could look like these....
You are connected to cabinet XX. Your line length (from the exchange) is approximately 3454 meters.ADSL broadband up to 5.6Mb/s ADSL uses the phone line copper pair to connect to a modem at the telephone exchange. For your location the forecast download sync speed is 3.1-5.6Mb/s.
"Superfast" VDSL (Fibre to the cabinet) up to 80Mb/s
VDSL uses the phone line copper pair to connect to a modem in the street cabinet and then typically glass fibre to connect back to the exchange and on to us. As this uses less copper wire it provides faster download speeds than ADSL, but costs a little more. For your location, forecast download sync speed is 74-80Mb/s and forecast upload sync speed is 19-20Mb/s

OP when does your current contract end ??Is it worth paying off before moving and becoming a new customer .
BUT and a big but if SKY only offer lower speed then its more than likely any other ISP will be unable to go higher . Speed depends upon distance from local cabinet and quality of the copper line to house .0 -

There is still a way to go before we move in, and it could all fall apart of the chain brakes before exchange.
But, this has all been good information to know before I contract Sky for confirmation.
