am on 3 phone pay as you go when i try to top up my phone on my online account after i have filled in my card details it goes through but the money dosent go on my phone .anyone any idea why this happens .

What indicates that it doesn't 'go on your phone'..?
Is the phone number of the SIM in your phone exactly that of your My 3 account..?Evolution, not revolution0 -
I had the same problem and the only way to top up was by doing it without logging into my account. i.e. just by typing in phone number0
