I'd be a bit worried if I lived in Salford then Lynz - it looks to be covered by the Atlantic!
Perhaps there's a Beetham Tower in Liverpool as well an Manc chester?
That reeeporters accent really gets on my pips, too!
There's one in Birmingham too. Looks virtually identical.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Right now we are seeing the price of new build flats drop through the floor. This will have a knock on effect to the rest of the housing market, because it will restore the price gap that should be between flats and houses. For example, if you can get a 2 BR flat for £150k or a 2 BR terrace for £150k, people will go for the terraces; it's a no brainer. If the price of flats drops to 75k, then this will be seen as a reasonably attractive option to young single professionals again, and that particular segment of demand will be removed from potential buyers of terraces and similar starting homes. Obviously then, prices will have to drop on the terraces. Etc. etc.0

You know next to nothing about my situation, please stop making assumptions.
The market is collapsing in my neck of the woods.
City centre new builds were always going to be the first to see a rapid decline in prices. This is now the case in Leeds, Nottingham and now Liverpool. Or are you disputing this as well?
So what you really meant to say was " The price of City centre new builds are going down" ;-)0
