You are hilarious. Do you honestly see yourself as some hotshot property developer? A poorly trained chimp could have played the property market well over the last 10 years.

Would you be prepared to take the same risks in a declining market?

Did you play it well Zammo - or would a poorly trained chimp outsmart you?

    GG
There are 10 types of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those that don't.
  • aint no hotshot developer lovey if youread my posts you will see this not a BTL type or a dooer upper , I bought mainly new build.

Now zammo my friend the ethos of these forums is to share experiences with each other and to try and help eachother with a fair bit of banter etc for amusement.

just an example for your perusal comment etc

one run down property in the most awful part of London would buy 10 quality properties in the most beautiful parts of Cumbria or Alnwick in Northumberland voted the most desireable place to live in the UK ( and it is I lived there)

Yes, I have made money on property GG. Anyone who bought in the last decade has done so. I don't feel the need to continuously brag about it though.

    Does that answer your question?
