What about the “snug” sofa mentioned on another thread here

Careful measurement. Making a template to check fit may help; you'd probably need to see the sofa in store for that.
Regular doors in England are 76 cm, and new builds are moving to 84 cm for wheelchair accessibility, so 68 is narrow though not unheard of. The overall route matters too. A narrow door between two spacious rooms is easier to negotiate than a narrow door into an equally narrow corridor, and a straight run may be manageable when turning a corner is not.
Otherwise, it's have the window out.

If the sofa you've bought reclines, the backs will come off. Also don't forget those measurements often include feet and any cushions. The frame is often narrower

The reference to Pythagoras is a somewhat snide way of saying that you can rotate the sofa 45 degrees to get it through doorways.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Most doors are either 30 or 33 inches. Your doors are particularly narrow. Even if you found a sofa with a smallest dimension of 68 cm, it might not fit unless there is sufficient room to manoeuvre near the door. You can maybe get another inch by taking a door off its hinges. Otherwise, as suggested, you can measure the windows. I can confirm that some older upvc windows have panes that can be removed from the outside and it's not too tricky to remove a pane.

There is no point in spending a lot of money on a sofa unless it will fit inside.

As mentioned, you could have the window taken out, window companies will quote you and it only takes a few minutes
