So I received this today from Excel Parking Services. I’m not sure why but hoping it was my email to Bristol Airport’s Chief Exec and my local MP......

    I’m so relieved!

Thank you for your advice and keep up the good work!

Waddya know.  Good result, but are you sure this cancellation is from Excel Parking, not VCS?

Check their website, as if to pay the PCN, and get the current status of the charge. Take screenshots if the status shows to your advantage.

Well done!  Odd (and unlawful) that VCS were processing your data though.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well done, and thanks for letting us know. Do check the VCS site to confirm it has truly been cancelled, and take a screenshot as proof.

Did you contact your MP and the press? This will help us and other victims.

Fruitcake I emailed Dave Lees the Chief Exec of  Bristol Airport and copied in my local MP. I didn’t get a response from the airport although my MP did say he would follow up on my behalf.  Next thing I know I get the email from Excel/vcs.

When I go to the vcs website myparkingcharge.co.uk and enter the details I get this message

D_P_Dance thank you for the link I’ll have a read.
