How to check Shell Broadband effective monthly cost

Signed up for Shell Energy 25th Feb via MSE for Fast Broadband the effective cost was £13.86 inclusive of a £50 bill credit paid within 90 days I believe. Shell account shows £23.99 and £6 promotional credit per month. Does anyone know how to check what the deal was and when and how the bill credit would be paid please? If the bill credit was to be monthly it should be more than £6. Unless the £17.99 is before the bill credit is taken into account. Thanks
