Target Help to Buy- How to get them to speed up processing paperwork?

Hi
I'm in the process of selling my house and purchasing another. Our buyer is holding up the process due to needing to remove his name from a Target help to buy equity loan. He is being bought out of his previous house by his ex partner and apparently this needs to happen for us to exchange. Apparently all paperwork has been sent to target (3 weeks ago) and they've not heard anything. Is there anything that can be done to speed up the process with the Help to Buy company? Has anyone had any experience with Target and can offer any advice?
I'm at my whits end- its been nothing but issues with our buyer and their solicitor. Our sellers are putting the house of our dreams back on the market on Tuesday if they don't hear any significant positive progress.
Thanks!

Nothing you can do as they won't deal with you. Your buyer could call them and get an update. If the chain falls thru and he remains your buyer, you could advise him to change solicitor but good luck finding a good one.1
