If you are referring to the CRAPCOA NTK, I advised you what to do in my first paragraph when I replied to your first post on the 1st of April.
If you are referring to the NE Parking NTK, then ask a board guide to merge your other two threads into one, use that combined thread specifically for NE, and use this thread specifically for CRAPCOA.
As soon as you are able to edit posts, I suggest you then remove all references to NPE from this thread and only refer to CRAPCOA from now on.
Board guides for the parking forum are savvy, soolin, and Crabman. Use the envelope icon to send them a message.
The edit button is the cog-like icon near the top right of each post.
Once you have sorted this into two separate threads, then the regulars will be able to help you. We can't do this with two different PPCs in the same thread because we won't know which question is about which one.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

As above , the Apcoa one is a keeper appeal to Apcoa using the blue text template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , then a Popla appeal as keeper , using the law named POFA as a winning point , no keeper liability wins out , irrespective of circumstances , no blabbing about who was driving , not to anyone , if you want to win
The other one is probably a case of fight in court within 6 years , no easy fix , not unless you manage to find the landowner and get it cancelled , not an easy task
This is an unregulated cowboy industry , so the actions of an ex clamper bully boy in a 4 by 4 is no surprise. !!2 -
