MSE News: Former GNE customers left in limbo as EDF warns it will take until May to transfer them

Like others I was moved to EDF and had £527 built up. When I was finally transferred the money was missing. Some no doubt would go for the energy used between the time to set up the account but over a month after the EDF account was set up I still have no money there. I have also paid an initial month's energy use from EDF. Am I being ripped off by GNE or EDF?
