Cash in vanguard

Evening all, I'm looking at moving my current S&S ISA from moneyfarm to vanguard with the fees being lower. I've got about 10k to transfer but think I might transfer the lot and put maybe half into a few vanguard funds and then take some cash out and put into premium bonds for now as there's probably no point in keeping too much cash in vanguard and I'm guessing there no penalty for taking out the cash? Cheers

There is no fee for withdrawing cash from Vanguard.
Vanguard ISA is flexible, so you can withdraw cash and repay it back in in the same tax year without affecting your £20k ISA allocation.3 -

Is there a fee for holding cash in vanguard isa? Is it subject to the 0.15% platform fee, I understand that no interest is paid on a cash balance
