There have been noticeably more properties coming on this week. We have 7 viewings on Saturday - and one or two didn't even ask our position. They are not ridiculously priced. I am hoping that the worst is now over....0

Have viewed 2 houses before they went on rightmove.
Both priced at nearly half a mill and needing COMPLETE refurbs and extensions!! Yet priced as though they were move in ready.
One's sold already 😵😵 Reckon other one will sell soon.
We'd have happily taken on the project but not at that price!!
Really hoping it calms down as are good to go but refuse to buy at top end of our budget and need to spend another 100k+ on making the place habitable.0
