H2B ISA into Cash ISA?

Hi all,
My wife opened a Nationwide H2B ISA a few years ago was paying £200 into it until February 2020.
We're no longer looking to purchase a property (and won't be in the future) so what are our options with the £8k we've built up in the H2B ISA? Can we transfer it into our Cash ISA & retain the tax free status of the £8k, or are we only allowed to transfer it into a LISA?
Thanks

It can be transferred into any other ISA*, and, as with any ISA transfer, retains tax-free status in doing so, as long as the transfer process of the receiving provider is used.

    * Edit: belated caveat - it can be transferred into any ISA that accepts transfers in (not all do)!
