Santander pending transaction disappearing?

Hey, I've no idea where else I can ask for help, no one seems to have a clue.
I've had my bank account for a while now and this never happened to me. I know that sometimes the transactions go into pending and disappear to reappear after few days but it's been about 9 days...
What happened was I made 2 transactions on Japanese site, where I bought albums. Then I made another 2 transactions on another Japanese site where both of the times I encountered an error after paying, but I tried again both times and the orders were confirmed.
Now, all of the 4 transactions went into pending. The first 2 from the first store disappeared to reappear after a day, while the other 2 from another store never came back and it's been 9 days.
Does anyone knows that's going on? A girl I talked to told me she paid normally and the payment was taken from her account.
They haven't shipped yet because it's a preorder, but still she was able to pay for hers. I'm afraid they'll tell me it didn't go through and cancel when it will be already out of stock! (it's limited)

Unless it's all a massive coincidence, your other thread about this issue states that it relates to your debit card, so reposting on the credit card board may give the wrong impression....
