You couldn’t make it up....
Nearly a month later, he tried to phone my husband today and left a lengthy voicemail outlining all the problems he has found with the car.He then emailed my husband this evening threatening court action if we do not return our car etc.We will, of course, ignore all communication but I cannot believe he is still chancing his luck almost two months since we sold the car to him!!0 -

Would love to see how that would pan out in court for him, given hes deemed to be the expert.1 -
Looks like OP traded the car in (6th March)
Dealer sold it 30th March
Now been rejected by the purchaser within the 30 days limit (30th April)
Still tough on the Dealer - the OP can check MOT history online though. If it was sold with a new MOT, then it must have been roadworthy and whatever faults developed after.2
