I got the text about one off payment saying

HMRC: One-off £500 payment by 23 April for working households receiving tax credits - it's automatic so no action needed. Search 'one-off payment' on Gov UK

I last got tax credits in 2019 as we eligible as got DLA but when that stopped I stopped getting tax Credits but as I got the text might get £500 will see.

    not getting hopeful

I am in receipt of CTC. I am eligible for WTC but not receiving it due to income.

I have received 500 in my account on Friday.  So it's just the eligibility counts for WTC.

If your award notice only shows CTC then you are not eligible for it.  It may be because you are not in employment or not doing enough hours to be eligible for it.
