UPDATE:
The court hearing was due for a few weeks time, and today I have received notification that they are no longer pursuing!
Would like to thank everyone for their help and delighted to give these kind of companies another middle finger.
In the court documentation, it mentions they are now liable for my costs - Is this something worth sending an invoice for and trying it on? If so, what kind of fee is 'reasonable'?
Thanks again.

Very well done, that's a win!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
Have a look at this one but you generslly might only get vists for a last minute (a day or three before) discontinuance:
Premier Park Ltd ordered to pay £500 in costs for unreasonable late discontinuance at Southampton County Court (includes all orders and judgment transcript following his application for a costs hearing: Premier Park v S Jones):https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6271727/residential-pcn-premier-park-ltd-ordered-to-pay-500-in-costs-at-southampton-county-courtPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What precisely do you mean by this? What court documentation? If there's a court order stating that the defendant's costs must be paid by the claimant then it should detail exactly what costs are to be paid. (Unless I'm misunderstanding something?)Stockwick said:UPDATE:
