I have a 5s it's not my main phone but I sometimes use it when running. Has music/ running app on it. The battery doesn't last very long and I was wondering about replacing it. You can buy diy kits online but I don't want to do that.

I use my old phone for a similar purpose. I've tethered a power bank 'brick' to it with a 6" cable with right-angle connectors to make it as compact as possible.

£49 from Apple if you want it done by them iPhone Battery Replacement – Official Apple Support
But there are probably cheaper options.
Not sure its worth keeping a 5s though, its not supported by Apple any more and some apps will probably stop working in the next year or two as the 5S isn't getting iOS updates.

There are mail order services on eBay that will do a replacement for under £20, but it's a gamble if it goes well.

There are external power banks and cases with built in batteries that might offer a easy if imperfect quick fix?

Thanks that looks like the best option. I only really use it for running. Amazon music and UA running app.

Just bear in mind that if Under Armour decide that they only want to support iOS 13 or newer the app will stop updating and may stop working.
Might just be worth bearing in mind that the iPhone 5S may not be the best choice due to the fact it will no longer get updated. Just consider if you are throwing money away repairing when replacing may be better.

Not going to replace as it's not my main phone. Will just leave it for now.
