    Thanks. I have asked a couple of estate agents to do a valuation and have told both that there has been a complaint to council. From what little I know, tenants and neighbour have both complained about each other. Previous tenants have had no issue. I don’t live locally but when I visit I may try to speak to neighbour and give them a bottle of wine to make amends! I hope it doesn’t make it unsellable.
