    That's good to see.

    It might be prudent to ring the court in a few days and get them to confirm that they have received a Notice of Discontinuance.

    Or better still, email the court so you have a record of their response.

    Well funny you should say that...MCOL still showing it as live...am going to ring the court and also email them the received correspondence (inclusive of the N279) requesting comfirmation of receipt from CEL their end

    MCOL stopped being updated as soon as the case was transferred to the hearing court.

    It is the hearing court you need to ask.

    What a strange set-up?...so even though the Claim No is still absolutely relevant for that particular Money Claim, that part just falls by the wayside? Odd but......
