OK...AoS submitted yesterday via MCOL.

SAR's going in today...will post them here prior to sending for scrutiny / potential butchering.

Despite best efforts am unable to find a template for DVLA so have attempted my own, but have used the linked one in the NEWBIES thread for PPC, and cut and pasted some stuff I did manage to find on a previous PPC post to the CEL one and have also included some of my own stuff which I feel is or may be relevant.

As an aside..am still struggling with obtaining my own prior / post 'alleged breach' date (25.06.2020) images of signage...Google Earth Pro Street View has dates varying from 7/2017 to 9/2018 so about as much use as an inflatable dartboard for my purposes on this occasion, so any assistance on that front from anyone would be greatly appreciated. TIA and to everyone who has helped so far.

iv.        All data held by you, all evidence you will rely on.

v.         A complete list of any / all PCNs outstanding against me (Defendant) and / or this VRM, not several separate claims (if applicable).

I have included a copy of current V5C and  CCBC Claim Form, as both confirmation of current address, and proof of identity regarding this subject access request. 

As this has been provided, no further personally identifiable information will be provided and any future requests for such information from me(Defendant) in order to fulfil this request will be considered as obstructive and unnecessary.

Does anyone have any critique on the SAR's please? before they are sent.

Send the DVLA proof of id too - e.g. copy of your V5c.
They will reply by post to the RK's current address taken from their records.

Signs in the car park are not personal date and will not be supplied via a Subject Access Request.

Why is your SAR to CEL littered with (defendant)? 
A SAR has nothing in particular to do with any court claim - suggest you remove all of those.

Hello again...waiting game on the SAR's now.

Can I please request again that anyone who has up to date pics (pre and post June 2020 if at all possible please but anything would help) of the signage at Port Of Wells to either post here or PM them to me. (Street View doesn't show any camera's at all :-( ) Looking back on other posts I believe FrankCannon and lizk39 offered assistance regarding pics so if they see this by chance or anyone knows them can you please pass on. I have PM'd them a while back btw. TIA.
