There is no NTK, this is all the correspondence that has been received(apart from the Court Claim Form), the two as per 'having received limited correspondence only TWO letters to date, at CCBC Northampton stage' in the initial post.

Have you asked them for a SAR yet, because that will show you where they sent the NTK and what both pages looked like.

You need to get a SAR off to CEL tout de suite to flush out everything they've sent you. Have you and your wife changed address at any time the vehicle in question has been registered to your wife?

What address is showing on the V5C (logbook) - please check, don't guess. There must be a reason for non-receipt of the NtK. Is your address prone to missing mail?

SAR's going off to CEL and DVLA today, along with AoS online via MCOL.
Partner's(Steady on there) address has changed a couple of times over RK lifetime and is different now (due to passing of a family member), since updated via DVLA, but the correspondence that IS available was sent to another family member's address so no logical reason for them to pass on some but not all of any unopened mail, interestingly though, my partner is ever so slightly suspicious as to the source of the correspondence address...hence the DVLA request.
I may be missing the point totally here but am I in any way correct in saying that as it's 'land under statutory control' the only ones able to chase are the Harbour Commisioners in a Magistrates Court?
All the additional information may end up being irrelevant anyway but if it causes them grief it will be requested / required for our confirmation records and peace of mind if nothing else.

Showing my age...saw that with my parents in a cinema in Slough, far too many years ago to remember which one!
