TalkTalk offering contract renewal discounts?

Have a few TT accounts and wanted to reduce the cost as they usually do a 24 month contract renewal for a lower price.
On my 'upgrades' I'm only being offered an increase to Fibre 65 which I don't need. I just want what I already have. Has anyone received anything different?

My contract was due to end in July but I contacted them to complain about the CPI increase. I told them I could get a better price elsewhere. I was put through to retentions and offered their Fibre 35 Package with All inclusive call for £20 on a 24 month contract. I do not mind the long contract, I have been with then for 14 years with barely any problems.
I was paying £21.95 previously

When you say all inclusive calling, specifically what does that mean?millie said:My contract was due to end in July but I contacted them to complain about the CPI increase. I'm paying 29.95 for Fibre 35 per month, AFAIK.0 -
My Fibre 35 Package includes inclusive calls to landlines and mobiles anytime. I think they call it their calls boost normally costing £14 per month.0

I asked about the price increase in April and was told no it would not be applied. It will be in April 2022 the next one, but I was told I could ring them then and they could sort it out. What that means I do not know because if it is in the contract I would not have the option to cancel anyway so could not threaten them with that.Rijam said:Hi, i just got the same offer but remembered to ask does this increase with the new price rise. You generally get better retention deals if you phone to tell them you are considering leaving and have a cheaper deal from another provider that you can ask them to match or get closer to.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I just phoned and got fibre 35 with phone and call boost included for £23.95. The deal is no price rise for 18 months. £23.95 is guarenteed.0
