You can get these numbers for free,I have an 0870 & an 0844, as 0870 are supposed to be losing the revenue sharing facility,( if Ofcom ever get their act together), and you will end up paying to receive calls on 0870.

I got my number from Gateway Telecom, I have no affiliation to them except for obtaining the FOC numbers.
