Richer Sounds 6 Year Guarantee Supercare Mis-Sold? Can't get them to honor.

It seems to make it look like you are getting the Supercare Guarantee as that would therefore be the only one that is paying the extra 10% for. I'll have to put a note in my diary for November then and go from there. Thanks for everything so far.

With regards to the op I still have the original email offering the "refundable warranty" which would have been bought around the same time as yours.

I've posted a copy of it below as it says that TV's are excluded but doesn't say anything about projectors.

It's a bit strange why it says "Supercare (excluding TVs)" because if TVs have it for free anyway, why would someone purchase the same cover but pay for it when getting a TV/Projector? 

It seems that the whole point in the difference is that TV/Projectors get it free. So there's your saved money you don't need to pay and you get the same 6 year cover but for free?

So everything else like amps, turntables, whatever, you have to pay for it, but you get the money back in the Supercare?

It seems that I should not have been charged for anything because the only place it says TV/Projector Free 6 Guarantee is on the Thank You booklet stapled to the receipt. Which you obviously get AFTER you have gone through everything and are leaving LOL. Scammed.

The whole time the guy should have said "You get a free 6 year guarantee with this because it's a projector, just join the VIP Club when you get home". But the cheeky f***** has actually charged me for it, all whilst saying I get it back anyway after 6 years. That's actual robbery is it not?

? The 6 year gtee is plastered all over their website, and in store. Don't know how anyone could miss it. The Supercare is slightly better, ie loan set.
