Got call from my MB. According to them house valuation was instructed, but they dont have confirmation whether it was desktop or physical one. They will check and confirm me back.

Re full mortgage, HSBC agreed to full amount after making term 30 years and 10 months   

Also, next update in 2-3 days as HSBC will do another full hard credit check before giving final offer (if valuation was already done).

I have my own conveyancing solicitors as well. so not sure how HSBC will handle this. But I believe they will instruct my solicitors.

I think you can do that because I remember when my sister purchased her second home with her husband they were allowed to use their own Solicitors.

Do HSBC arrange valuation prior to underwriting (which Nationwide do) or once all documents have been checked?
