EasyJet flight cancellation

EasyJet are advising that when they cancel a flight you can transfer to another flight for free. Does this mean that you do not have to pay the difference if your chosen flight is more expensive

If you mean in the case of a late notice flight cancellation or following flight disruption then YES (within reason).

You can also transfer to another flight within the same country (for instance if you had a cancelled flight booked to Athens you can rebook to Corfu). That seems more than reasonable IMO.
Last year they allowed people to move flights to anywhere, but it must have been too expensive for them.0 -
Magsyorks is unfortunately another one poster who did not return to check replies to her question. I expect she found her answer on the airline website or actually contacted the airline for the outcome.0
