Charged for accidental International Call anyway to get around it?

Previously this weekend, i called a girl from america for a good 2 hours or so believing i was doing it through facetime audio but i had actually done it through a normal call. As such i’ve been charged £166 for doing so. My mum pays my bill and our relationship at the minute is very tense and i’m fearing what this could cause to happen with us.. Do you know if there is anyway i can perhaps get this marked off or even if there’s a way to spread this excess charge over the next bills, as an extra £10 on top of my contract is a lot better than a lump £166.
Any help would be very appreciated ):

You'll need to ask your phone provider if they're feeling generous. But assume that you'll need to pay it in full.
If the contract is in your mum's name, make sure she is aware of repayment plan before it's agreed, as it's her credit file that will be hit.0 -

Suggest to your Mum that she bar international calls and set a low excess usage amount on your bill to prevent a recurrence. My advice would be not to try and avoid responsibility in any way.1
