Excellent result - I didn't read it all (I'll do so on the commute to work) - but I saw the bit about abuse of process - good to see that common senses prevails once again. If you get any paperwork re: this sound judgment put up a redacted version on here and the abuse of process thread so that others up against PCM/ Gallstones can use it an exhibit to prove that both parties are aware that their actions are an abuse of process yet they still continue to ignore Judges.4
