Scottish Power - Final Bill Issues

Jeineous
Hi all,
So like many people here I got moved from Yorkshire energy to Scottish Power. Also like many people I immediately switched to ANYONE else!
Now to the big issue. I have been sent my final bill amount, but the link to download the bill does not work. I have asked for a copy of the bill, which they said they were sending in the post ( 08 March). This hasn't arrived. Last Friday (19 March) they called asking for payment, where I once again pointed out I can't really pay a bill, without having a copy of the bill [Their calculations are wrong as usual].
I have put in a complaint asking for the bill, but now am getting emails and calls threatening Debt collectors.
Does anyone have any sound advice on where I need to go next. Ofgem won't help until 8 weeks and no conclusion with Scottish Power complaints. Scottish Power are rubbish at communicating and apparently also bad at supplying a bill. I am happy to pay half the amount until I get the bill but they want full payment only.
Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Welcome to the forum.Unfortunately it's the wrong one (LPG, Heating Oil, Solid & Other Fuels); the site is badly designed and it's a very common mistake.Try posting in Energy, where you're more likely to get replies.0
