Thanks. Trouble is problem is intermittent. I can try 15 minutes later on either browser and get in OK.
While you can get in, do you see anything saying that the platinum credit card (issued a few years ago) needs a TSB current account to be held? If it does, I'll just have to close it and open one elsewhere. I'll close the savings account when the regular saver switches into it soon.0 -

AFAICS, a TSB current account is not a pre-req but if you want to make a Money Transfer (different from a Balance Transfer) you appear to need a TSB current account.
Don't take my word for it, check for yourself.1 -
