Being from the Wirral myself I can only agree with what GunJack says and that property looks an absolute steal with great views of the Mersey and New Brighton on your doorstep - sandy beaches and brisk walks!

maybe (not mentioned in the listing) and it's 70% equity. It was only a quick search!!  OP has already bought anyways..
