    It's a company I've used many times with no issues.  They are a trade supplier to jewellers and watch/clock makers, so probably don't have the customer service you might get from a retailer. I have no other connection with the, other than buying supplies from them.
    I ordered one last night from Cousins.
    In the meantime, the original has started working again overnight!
    I contacted Cousins this morning but to cancel but it's too late. 
    They said if I return the package unopened they'll issue a refund.
    Do you happen to know if they're reliable at doing this and will it be a full refund?
  • Hi ACT, Good to hear it's started running again - hopefully it stays that way.
    I've never had to return stuff to them, so afraid I can't comment.   Their T&Cs do refer to a restocking fee so it just depends on whether they enforce it.
