Size: insert part c.29mm, bezel c.35mm
Have looked online, eBay Amazon et al and no luck for this size.
Does anyone know where to get one of these?

I think you'll struggle to be honest without digging deeper. That clock 'module' that you've taken out will contain a quartz or mechanical (my guess based on the crown) movement, and that's the but you'd need to replace. Do you know that it's beyond repair? Might just need a service...0

I had the same problem and never found a replacement. I still have the main china body but not the clock. Kept it just in case I ever find a replacement insert. I will be watching this thread with interest in case you find one.
Good luck0 -

The closest you'll get will be something like
https://www.cousinsuk.com/product/time-round-mini-025mm-to-055mm
If it's a mechanical i.e. wind-up movement then it probably just needs a service, which is basically a strip down, clean, and re-lubrication.1 -
