Unlike the regulars and posters who we asked to submit responses to the consultation. Guidance was given on the salient points, and people used their own words instead of a mass copy and paste.
Yes, because many of the regulars and posters who submitted responses had their own unique experiences of being on the receiving end of a PPC. Big difference from responses of the brainwashed representatives of the PPC's.

I responded to quite a number of comments but I am particularly interested in the regulation of the debt collection agents and the point at which debt collection can start.

What they don't seem to realise is that this bill is a result of numerous letters written to MP's regarding the aggressive, predatory behaviour of the PPC's. The bill gained cross party support and is unlikely to be diluted.

They are just going to have to suck it up and develop their business in other ways like other's  are having to do at the moment. My heart bleeds, NOT.

The BPA no longer has any credibility and it is their own making
They will need to buck their ideas up as they will be the next complaint to MP's

Makes you wonder just how the world got by before the days of ANPR cameras, before supermarket car parks were infested by parasitic parking company's and so on
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"
