After numerous marketing Emails from BT, I signed up to a new contract to access BT Entertainment. This was all new for me as I had recently been widowed and we had BT TV so my husband could access Eurosport. I now find I cannot access NOW TV. I have spent hours on the phone to BT and they have promised to resolve it over many weeks but I just cannot go through it all again and yet I believe I’m now paying for it!!! HELP!!!
