Disney + through Sky issues

Hi, just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the subscriptions to Disney + and if it’s been resolved? I upgraded my sky account back in January and added Disney to my package at a cost of £5.99 a month for an 18 month contract.  Since then Disney have put up the price to £7.99 to new subscribers, but they seem to of ended my subscription in February - one month after taking it out.  I’ve spoken to Disney who told me I’m no longer subscribed and need to speak to Sky.  So have spend many phone frustrating phone calls to Sky trying to get to the bottom of why I can no longer access the Disney + (despite still being charged for it).  The last tech call handler I spoke with a few days ago said it’s becuase I took out a legacy Disney package but that they should still be able to honour the price I was originally quoted of £5.99 and that once sorted they’d get back to me.  That was 3 days ago and nothing!  Anyone else having this?  I still want Disney and I only want to pay £5.99 which sky are continuing to charge even on future bills
