I have evidence to show that they knew they had no authority over the roads dated 2016. That’s the most frustrating part. I think there comes a point when people believe their own lies.

Permission has been promptly refused due to ‘no realistic chance of success’. However, he may now apply for permission straight to the Upper Tribunal. When will someone accept they are wrong?!

Sounds like he is on a huge powertrip.

Hopefully the judge/courts set him straight.
