Power Useage

Mid Terraced House, two bedroom and a dormer
Three adults living in property
Just had a smart meter fitted, so monitoring useage
Saying that over 15 years ago I used to take a meter reading every Sunday, people in the pub used to take the michael
Power useage has always been on the high side

Question is
What is individuals typical consumption per hour overnight, ours is around 400w
Tv on standby
2 x PCs on standby, with router etc
Couple of phone chargers
3x smart plugs
Fridge freezer

Thanks

Power usage from last night. Data points every minute or so.
Got two fridges, one freezer, and a wine chiller on the go 24/7. The peaks are from these kicking in.

We have E7 and use 2.5-3KWH per night, so 350-440W per hour, We very rarely use our storage heaters so the next power eater is probably FF.

The user manuals should tell you the standby consumption

Maybe didn't make myself clear, I know what my household units consume per hour
I listed them to illustrate what is left on overnight

I meant to ask what individual households overnight power consumption was per hour
When most things are turned off or on standby

between 67 and 101 kW per hour during the night
Sky box uses 45 kW of that.

A Peacefair PZEM-016 with a NanoPi NEO running Home Assistant to do the data logging. The plot is generated by Grafana pulling the data from an InfluxDB database stored on a secondary NAS. All sounds very complex, but really wasn't too hard to set up.

I think there may be something wrong with your units there.  The entire 60A supply to my house is only good for 13.8kW!

    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Nice. Is there any reference material you can link to for how to do this?
