    The starting point for enforcement is 110% of the limit plus 2mph, i.e.35 in a 30. The "tolerance" is up to 34.
    Yes, you can take a course for one and an FP for the other.
    If I take a course for my first notice. Will I still be paying £100 fine alongside course fee ?
    No, the course fee replaces the speeding fine. You will pay a fine for the 2nd offence.
    Since the course fee is the same as the fine, it makes no financial difference. The difference is that you'll have 3 points less on your licence.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    No, if you take the course that is the end of the matter.

    No you will not.
