Very easy, as per the title I'm looking for a Shell phone and broadband rep.
It appears that Shell want money for nothing and many things for free.
It seams that they only answer one complaint, then totally blank you even ignoring letters that there is proof they signed for.
For many years where I live exchanging sms text messages from a land line has been a normal every day thing. Unfortunatly not it woud appear when Shell are involved.
