An alternative you can do is cancel the current virgin service, and then sign up under your other halfs name as a new customer. (that way you can also get any quidco/topcashback discount, and utilise the new customer offer) you can arrange for your "installation" on the day after the current one expires so there will be no loss of service.

Looks like you got a deal acceptable to you though, so well done.

We looked into that, but it needs to not have a service at the property for a period (3mths)... we even looked into saying i was moving out and her in 😀
