Remediation Helpline

Hello all
I recently received two letters about now closed accounts with RBS and Natwest.
They are official and i have checked with the banks. They are from the remediation help line who have got in touch re: Compensation that I may be due because of an increase to my minimum payment from October 18 - March 19.
Just curious if others have received such letters and the type of outcomes received?
thanks

Any bank/lender that has made a mistake that they need to deal with per regulations will send out letters like this. In most cases you don't need to do anything beyond what the letter tells you, if they owe you a refund because of some technicality they will pay you. That said I can't see anything obvious in a quick google search about a refund, why not ring the bank directly (use their number on the website, not the letter) and ask what you need to do (if anything).0
