It was BW Legal who took me to court and gave me the CCJ but it was for the same parking ticket. I don't have any paperwork from this so I'm not sure who the PPC was. I found out it was BW Legal from the bank. Shall I phone BW Legal to get the details? No idea what to do0

do you expect BW to help you? You can ask about the case a couple years back but your requirement is to prove this is the same, so think how you will do that1
