Hi
I was taken to court and given a CCJ to which I had satisfied however I received a letter from Debt Collection Bailiffs Limited regarding the same parking ticket! Its dated 2017 and has the usual threats on there.
What should I do?
Thanks!

Complain to the parking scammers, their trade association, and the landowner about this.
What is the name of the PPC please?
The fourth post of the NEWBIES tells you why it is safe to ignore powerless debt collectors.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
I spoke to the courts who have confirmed it was satisfied and they alerted Debt Collection Bailifts Limited that it was satisfied. Which they should have known too as I paid them in the court house! I was advised to phone them to tell them they had made a mistake. The girl on the phone was rude and told me this one had not gone to court although this is my only ticket on this date and then threatened me with court proceedings.
I'm not sure what the PPC is
Thanks1 -

I'm not sure what the PPC isPrivate Parking Company - the company on whose behalf DCB Limited are acting. It should show as 'Client' in their letter to you.Which PPC was involved in the CCJ you've paid? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
