Clearscore (Equifax) says I've closed accounts that are still definitely open

Had an alert from Clearscore so I went and checked it, the report says a current account, two credit cards and my phone contract have all been removed from my account because they've been closed. They definitely haven't and Experian and Credit Karma still see everything so I'm assuming the problem is with Equifax.
Anyone else had this? What should I do about it?

I'll sit tight and see if it corrects itself in a month or so. Thank you!!0 -

Thank you @zzyzx1221, you've put my mind to rest because I was baffled by it! It was a bit of a shock to see 😂 Phew!0

Same thing happened to me. You'll get an announcement in a month or three saying you've opened new accounts. The old accounts will appear, credit histories intact, and the made up score changes.1

I have not had accounts disappearing from Clearscore, but have had address problems with Equifax which are also mirrored exactly on Clearscore.
I moved almost two years ago and Experian and Transunion had my 15 accounts (bank accounts, credit cards, utilities and telecoms) updated within a couple of months. However after a year, I had to get Equifax to contact TalkTalk, First Direct and Santander to update my address in their reports to Equifax.
TalkTalk and First Direct were updated within four weeks but Santander apparently advised Equifax that they were reporting my correct address. I tried again last month, this time on the phone to Equifax, and they said they contacted Santander (as have I) but again were told they were reporting my correct address.
Santander have my new address on the statements for my bank account and credit card, but are still reporting to Equifax with my old address.1 -
