So when I first applied for Universal Credit in September last year. Will anything I was entitled to have included 20 extra a week and will continue until September. Or will this be 20 extra a week from April ?

The extra money has been added to the standard allowance, which has been automatically increased since April 2020 and will continue until September 2021.
So just to be really clear OP, you've been receiving the topped up amount since you first claimed.

Working Tax Credits also went up at the same time by the same amount last April, but because it is worked out annually and the boost is only for part of the tax year, they will have to pay it as a one-off lump sum.  Whereas UC is worked out monthly and can continue to pay the extra in with the standard amount as it has been doing since last April, until it drops back down to the 'normal' rate.

OP.....you need to start budgeting now because if you are still on UC after september, the amount you receive will decrease by £90 a month
